BHIWANDI, MAHARASHTRA — Mr. Sukhdeo Kirdit left his house Tuesday morning for his second dose of an experimental shot. He never returned that evening.
The 45-year-old chauffeur received the second dose of a COVID-19 “vaccine” at 11 a.m. in a Bhiwandi hospital, according to The New Indian Express. He immediately started feeling “giddiness.” The situation quickly deteriorated further. Mr. Kurdit was rushed to nearby Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital, but was pronounced dead on arrival.
It is unclear which experimental shot Mr. Kirdit received. India rejected Pfizer mRNA shots for emergency use earlier this month. Moderna has not presented its mRNA shots for emergency use in India. Thus, Mr. Kirdit received the Covaxin shot developed by Indian pharmaceutical company Bharat Biotech or the Covishield shot by Oxford-AstraZeneca. Both require two doses several weeks apart.
Covaxin and Covishield are both viral vector shots. The United States authorized the Johnson & Johnson JNJ-78436735 viral vector shot for emergency use last week. No viral vector shot had been approved for human use until the COVID-19 era, according to Emory University. All of the current COVID-19 viral vector shots, like the Pfizer and Moderna mRNA shots, are experimental and only authorized for emergency use.

Mr. Kirdit’s family said he was happy and healthy when he left Tuesday morning to get his second viral vector shot. His story is very similar to all the mRNA deaths we’ve covered here.
Mainstream media and big tech are already pushing the narrative that viral vectors are harmless genetic code carriers. Anyone receiving shots from Pfizer, Moderna, J&J, Oxford-Astra Zeneca, etc. are voluntary clinical trial participants. The FDA today issued an emergency use authorization (EUA) for Janssen Biotech’s adenovirus experimental COVID-19 vaccine.
Janssen Biotech, Inc., is a subsidiary of the Johnson and Johnson multi-national corporation, which has paid out BILLIONS in criminal settlements, which is ongoing due to the opioid crisis. You can read their criminal rap sheet here.
The Johnson and Johnson experimental COVID vaccine is not an mRNA vaccine, it is an “adenovirus” vaccine, but like mRNA vaccines, there are currently no approved adenovirus vaccines in the market, although the military has used experimental adenovirus vaccines that are not FDA approved.
So by getting the FDA to issue an EUA, Johnson and Johnson can now test their experimental vaccine on the public as part of their Phase 3 trials.
The vaccine is being produced in Belgium, by the same company that in the past produced the anthrax vaccine that destroyed the lives of so many military personnel. See:

The FDA’s vaccine advisory committee met yesterday, Friday, February 26th, and gave their endorsement to the FDA to issue the EUA.
Dr. Meryl Nass, MD, a leading national expert on the failures of the military anthrax vaccine listened to the meeting yesterday, and today she published what she learned from the vaccine committee meeting.
Yesterday, Feb 26, the FDA’s vaccine advisory committee (VRBPAC) met to give its assent to the third Covid vaccine candidate applying for an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA). And I spent another day listening in.
This one requires only one dose. For now.
The company is doing a clinical trial of two doses and they could be recommended in future.
The VRBPAC committee comments were lackluster. The members had little to go on. There is no adenovirus vaccine in civilian use in the US, just as there were no mRNA vaccines.
The committee members simply don’t know what they have to watch out for. One admitted it, and asked if FDA would assist and suggest what types of issues the newly licensed Ebola adenovirus vaccine or the military adenovirus vaccine had faced.
FDA responded with stony silence.
Clearly this “advisory” meeting was only needed for its rubber stamp.
Most of the sponsor’s (Johnson and Johnson) presenters were from the Janssen division, based in Belgium. Many of the FDA’s presenters were non-native English speakers. The combination of an audio transmission that kept dropping out, and inability to catch many of the words made it a challenge to fully grasp the presentations. Was this intended?
FDA has refused to inspect the Covid vaccine manufacturing plants before they are “authorized” under EUA. I suspect FDA administrators were directed not to slow the warp speed down.
FDA will have to inspect the factories by law before Covid vaccines are fully licensed, but it seems that the game plan is to get the country vaccinated before adequate data become available and licensure can take place.
While Johnson and Johnson’s Janssen division designed and tested this new adenovirus vectored spike protein vaccine, the vaccine is actually being produced in a factory newly taken out of mothballs, with hundreds of new employees, that has never before produced a vaccine for mass use.
It is owned by Emergent BioSolutions, a company notorious for poisoning soldiers with its anthrax vaccine, which has failed multiple anthrax vaccine inspections.  On Emergent BioSolutions’ board is Kathryn Zoon, a former head of FDA’s Center for Biologics, which regulates vaccines.
This factory’s vaccine may not be exactly the same vaccine that about 20,000 subjects in the clinical trial have received. Usually vaccines for clinical trials are made in a pilot plant under stringent conditions.
Four million doses of the vaccine are ready to go out the door, with 100 million more promised through June. None of the committee members thought to ask FDA anything about the manufacturing arrangement.
Does the vaccine work? The vaccine is said to be 66% effective against moderate to severe disease in the trials, and 100% protective against death.
In the clinical trials, having a headache and a cough was enough to put subjects in the “moderate to severe” category. Like the two mRNA vaccines, the vaccine sponsors apparently did not see fit to test whether their vaccines block infection and transmission in humans.
This is the fault of the FDA, which sets the standard for the data needed to obtain an EUA.
Is it safe? What was the placebo?
After a discussion, J and J’s lead corrected himself and said it was simply saline. The reported adverse events were practically identical between the saline placebo and the vaccine.
Only hives, ringing in the ears (which eventually resolved) and a small number of blood clots were considered possible vaccine side effects.
I have a hard time believing saline caused all those local (and systemic) effects. Only a subset of the subjects in the trials were evaluated for side effects. Why was that?
I can’t tell if this vaccine is safe and I doubt anyone else can, either. Nor do I want to be injected with something manufactured by the anthrax vaccine manufacturer, famed for injuring thousands of soldiers twenty years ago, while making 300% profit margins.
Americans either love or hate the Covid vaccines. The term vaccine seems to give them a luster they probably don’t deserve.
How many Americans understand they are all experimental, unlicensed products, only permitted for use under an “Emergency Use Authorization” rule that require a minimum standard of evidence?  The law simply says that in order to receive an authorization,
“the known and potential benefits of the product, when used to diagnose, prevent, or treat such disease or condition, outweigh the known and potential risks of the product, taking into consideration the material threat posed by the agent or agents identified in a declaration under subsection (b)(1)(D), if applicable” 
So, the more its sponsor knows about adverse effects, the more trouble the vaccine is likely to have getting its EUA. Accordingly, it is better for the adverse effects to be as unknown as possible.
Adenoviruses are double-stranded DNA viruses. So instead of mRNA, DNA coding for the spike protein has been inserted into an adenovirus.
The virus will enter human cells and its DNA will enter the cell nucleus, which will then produce mRNA, and just like with the mRNA vaccines, our own cells will make spike proteins. For how long?
Subjects vaccinated with this vaccine developed increasing immunity over a prolonged period, suggesting that spike protein might be made for a long period of time.
We don’t know for how long, nor how much is too much. But there are definite concerns about how spike proteins can potentially harm us, and how they may prime us for autoimmune reactions to either a Covid infection or to later doses of vaccine.
Are we guinea pigs?  The EUA legislation specifies that recipients must be given considerably more information than is provided with other vaccines. Still, I wonder how many recipients understand that they are part of a vast experiment, with the potential to cause very serious consequences?

As with the experimental mRNA COVID vaccines, the FDA has issued guidelines for the experimental adenovirus vaccine for both the recipients, and the healthcare workers.
These guidelines are required to be given to both those administering the vaccines, and those receiving them, but in my own experience so far with the mRNA experimental vaccines in discussing this with those who have received them or accompanied people who had received them, this is seldom the case. The public largely believes that these are FDA approved vaccines and perfectly safe, and therefore do not bother to read the FDA guidelines and warnings.
In the recipients guidelines for the experimental adenovirus vaccine, warnings are given for those with the following conditions:
• have any allergies,
• have a fever,
• have a bleeding disorder or are on a blood thinner,
• are immunocompromised or are on a medicine that affects your immune system,
• are pregnant or plan to become pregnant,
• are breastfeeding,
• have received another COVID-19 vaccine

The Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine is an unapproved vaccine that may prevent COVID-19. There is no FDA-approved vaccine to prevent COVID-19.
WHO SHOULD NOT GET THE JANSSEN COVID-19 VACCINE?
You should not get the Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine if you:
• had a severe allergic reaction to any ingredient of this vaccine.
WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS IN THE JANSSEN COVID-19 VACCINE?
The Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine includes the following ingredients: recombinant, replication-incompetent adenovirus type 26 expressing the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein, citric acid monohydrate, trisodium citrate dihydrate, ethanol, 2-ydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HBCD), polysorbate-80, sodium chloride.
HAS THE JANSSEN COVID-19 VACCINE BEEN USED BEFORE?
The Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine is an unapproved vaccine. In an ongoing clinical trial, 21,895 individuals 18 years of age and older have received the Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine.
WHAT ARE THE RISKS OF THE JANSSEN COVID-19 VACCINE?
Side effects that have been reported with the Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine include:
• Injection site reactions: pain, redness of the skin and swelling.
• General side effects: headache, feeling very tired, muscle aches, nausea, and fever.
There is a remote chance that the Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine could cause a severe allergic reaction. A severe allergic reaction would usually occur within a few minutes to one hour after getting a dose of the Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine. For this reason, your vaccination provider may ask you to stay at the place where you received your vaccine for monitoring after vaccination.
Signs of a severe allergic reaction can include:
• Difficulty breathing,
• Swelling of your face and throat,
• A fast heartbeat,
• A bad rash all over your body,
• Dizziness and weakness.
These may not be all the possible side effects of the Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine. Serious and unexpected effects may occur. The Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine is still being studied in clinical trials.
WHAT IF I DECIDE NOT TO GET THE JANSSEN COVID-19 VACCINE?
It is your choice to receive or not receive the Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine. Should you decide not to receive it, it will not change your standard medical care.
In the guidelines for healthcare workers there is additional information, including some of the results of their trials so far.
CONTRAINDICATION
Do not administer the Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine to individuals with a known history of a severe allergic reaction (e.g., anaphylaxis) to any component of the Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine (see Full EUA Prescribing Information).
WARNINGS
Appropriate medical treatment to manage immediate allergic reactions must be immediately available in the event an acute anaphylactic reaction occurs following administration of the Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine.
Monitor Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine recipients for the occurrence of immediate adverse reactions according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines (https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/covid-19/clinical-considerations/managing-anaphylaxis.html).
Immunocompromised persons, including individuals receiving immunosuppressant therapy, may have a diminished immune response to the Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine.
The Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine may not protect all vaccinated individuals.
ADVERSE REACTIONS
Adverse reactions reported in a clinical trial following administration of the Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine include injection site pain, headache, fatigue, myalgia, nausea, fever, injection site erythema and injection site swelling.
In clinical studies, severe allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis, have been reported following the administration of the Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine.
Additional adverse reactions, some of which may be serious, may become apparent with more widespread use of the Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine.
In short, much like the Pfizer and Moderna experimental mRNA COVID vaccines, the efficacy and safety of this EUA experimental adenovirus vaccine is UNKNOWN, according to the FDA.
But more than likely the media will not mention this at all, but instead lie to the public and assure them that these experimental shots are “safe and effective,” and then the CDC will continue to follow their pattern of publishing some of the reported injuries and deaths that will follow these injections, and conclude that the experimental vaccines had nothing to do with them.

The CDC has done another data dump today into the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), a U.S. Government funded database that tracks injuries and deaths caused by vaccines.
The data goes through February 18, 2021, with 19,907 recorded adverse events, including 1,095 deaths following injections of the experimental COVID mRNA shots by Pfizer and Moderna.

Besides the recorded 1,095 deaths, there were 4,151 visits to Emergency Room doctors, 403 permanent disabilities, and 2,298 hospitalizations.

Over 71% of the recorded deaths were over the age of 65, but there were also 158 deaths where the age was “unknown,” and it is likely that a majority of those deaths were among the elderly as well.
Several questions about this data remain unanswered. For example, why is data only released every Friday? Why can’t the public see the actual reports submitted as it comes in? Is the CDC releasing ALL of the data, or are they filtering it?
For example, earlier today we reported on the death of 28-year-old Haley Link Brinkmeyer from Indiana, which occurred in late January.
But a search for deaths in the State of Indiana reveals only 16 deaths recorded so far, and all above the age of 44. Haley’s is not included, even though the mother stated on a social media post that they suspected the vaccine, and that the coroner was investigating it as a vaccine related death.
We have reported other occasions where people injured by a COVID experimental vaccine report their injury to VAERS, but it never shows up.

The CDC also updated their Selected Adverse Events Reported after COVID-19 Vaccination page on February 25, 2021, where they are now stating that VAERS has received 1,099 reports of death following experimental COVID vaccines. They are almost back to the original number of 1,170 deaths that they reported two weeks ago.
However, there is nothing to worry about, because:
“CDC and FDA physicians review each case report of death as soon as notified and CDC requests medical records to further assess reports. A review of available clinical information including death certificates, autopsy, and medical records revealed no evidence that vaccination contributed to patient deaths.”
UK Reports
The UK Government also has a reporting system for COVID vaccine adverse reactions from the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency.
Their latest report goes through February 25, 2021. They supply three reports: one from the experimental Pfizer COVID vaccine, one from the experimental AstraZeneca COVID vaccine, and one where the “vaccine brand is unspecified.”
For the COVID-19 mRNA Pfizer- BioNTech vaccine analysis they report:

1835 Blood disorders
919 Cardiac disorders including 23 deaths
1 Congenital disorder
620 Ear disorders
6 Endocrine disorders
1098 Eye disorders
8506 Gastrointestinal disorders including 10 deaths
24,313 General disorders including 107 deaths

For the COVID-19 vaccine Oxford University/AstraZeneca analysis they report:

577 Blood disorders
1069 Cardiac disorders including 22 deaths
6 Congenital disorders
617 Ear disorders
14 Endocrine disorders
1157 Eye disorders
12,776 Gastrointestinal disorders including 3 deaths
41,429 General disorders including 127 deaths

For the COVID-19 vaccine brand unspecified analysis they report:

2 Blood disorders
1 Cardiac disorder including 1 death
8 Ear disorders
8 Eye disorders
58 Gastrointestinal disorders
223 General disorders including 1 death

Nothing to worry about here either, as the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency concludes:
The overall safety experience with both vaccines is so far as expected from the clinical trials.
Based on current experience, the expected benefits of both COVID-19 vaccines in preventing COVID-19 and its serious complications far outweigh any known side effects.

For the past few weeks since the roll-out of the experimental COVID mRNA “vaccines” we’ve been told by government health agencies that the massive amounts of injuries and deaths that have occurred just after the injections have nothing to do with the “vaccines.”
And yet, Joe Biden just recently gave the World Health Organization and GAVI, the global vaccine organization founded and funded primarily by Bill Gates, a $4 BILLION pledge for a new COVAX Program which includes a global compensation program for COVID-19 vaccine injuries, courtesy of American taxpayers, in an effort to entice poorer countries who are skeptical of the new COVID vaccines to distribute Big Pharma’s COVID injections.

On Monday, Feb 22, 2021, The World Health Organization (WHO) announced a no-fault injury compensation program for COVID-19 vaccines. WHO has designated 92 low- and middle-income countries and economies eligible for support via the GAVI COVAX Advance Market Commitment (AMC) of the COVAX Facility. [1]
The COVAX Facility is co-led by the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI), Gavi and the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations and alongside key delivery partner UNICEF. Its aim is to accelerate the development and manufacturing of COVID-19 vaccines, and to guarantee fair and equitable access for every country in the world. [2]
Gavi, created in 2000 with start-up funding from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, is an international organization — a global Vaccine Alliance, bringing together public and private sectors with the shared goal of creating equal access to new and underused vaccines for children living in the world’s poorest countries. [3]
With this announcement, WHO is promoting this compensation program as the world’s first global program to provide for those who have suffered allegedly rare, serious adverse events associated with COVID-19 vaccines. In the COVAX announcement, it appears that the cutoff date, or statute of limitations to file a petition, is June 30, 2022.
Creating a compensation program is not a new process for the WHO or United Nations.
After the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait, the United Nations created the UN Compensation Commission in 1991, evaluating nearly 2.7 million claims and issuing 1.5 million awards, totaling over $50 billion dollars. [4]
As early as 2006, the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Associations, the global pharmaceutical-industry lobbying group, publicly demanded that manufacturers be granted liability protection from vaccine-related adverse events if they were going to participate in pandemic response initiatives. [5]
The world has attempted to control other epidemics through the use of vaccines to mitigate the spread of the disease.
During the 2009 H1N1 outbreak, one specific vaccine used in the UK and Northern Europe caused an increase in narcolepsy, which resulted in substantial compensation claims.
During the Ebola outbreaks in Western Africa, some nations refused to accept liability for vaccine injuries.
The dilemma for these nations and others that are considered low income involves whether to continue to refuse to offer manufacturers liability protection or to go without vaccines.
Is the end game to allow the pharmaceutical industry to remove itself from any liability?
In the current situation, that means going without COVID-19 vaccines. Is the end game for this collaboration, to allow the pharmaceutical industry to remove itself from any liability and member nations to cede away their citizens and the nation’s right to sue for damages?
The COVAX compensation program will start on March 31, 2021 through its web portal (www.covaxclaims.com). Individuals who have been injured may apply for compensation for a COVAX vaccine administered before March 31, 2021. [6]
The funding will come from a levy on all distributed COVAX-19 vaccines.
In the US, the White House committed $2 Billion for 2021 and another $2 billion for 2022 for the purchases and development of COVID vaccines for the COVAX facility.
The levy to create the compensation fund will be on vaccines paid for by taxpayers from several nations. No liability for the manufacturers, just as under existing US law. Nor do the WHO, GAVI, or the UN expend any resources.
This is a global consumer tax to pay for vaccine injuries.
The COVAX cutoff date seems arbitrary. They give no reason why.
But it does raise some serious questions. The COVID facility released a forecast of vaccination for these 92 nations.
The forecast calls to vaccinate one-third of the population of all eligible nations by the end of 2021. [7]
If that holds true, will they be able to vaccinate the remaining two-thirds or approximately 67% by the end of 2022?
Highly doubtful.
This must be a great concern to the COVAX Facility to reach this goal whereas on Friday, February 19, 2021, leaders of the Group of Seven industrial powers said they would accelerate global vaccine development and deployment and support “affordable and equitable access to vaccines” and treatments for COVID-19.
They cited a collective $7.5 billion from the G-7 to U.N.-backed efforts. [8]
WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus thanked the G-7 countries for their “significant” pledges. But he said after talks Monday with German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier that “even if you have the money, if you cannot use the money to buy vaccines … having the money does not mean anything.” [9]
He said some rich countries’ approaches to manufacturers to secure more vaccines are “affecting the deals with COVAX, and even the amount that was allocated for COVAX was reduced because of this.” [10]
Will citizens of these low income nations be ineligible for compensation because of the cutoff date? Will this compensation program be transparent with reporting and data?

The Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP) of the United States is the model?
It seems highly unlikely, given that the “gold standard” for this new COVAX Facility, according to three prominent authors, is the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP) of the United States. The authors published their proposal specifically for the WHO in the New England Journal of Medicine December 2020. [11]
The CICP is notorious as a program in which “you can file and lose,” according to attorney Renee Gentry. [12]
Robert Krakow, a New York City attorney and former prosecutor who represents persons injured by vaccines said in an interview,
The most notable feature of The Who announcement about a “no-fault” vaccine injury compensation program for “low and middle income countries” touted as a “fast, fair, robust and transparent process”, is its lack of transparency.
The program is presented as a way to “reduce the need for recourse to the law courts, a potentially lengthy and costly process.”
What the WHO announcement fails to mention is the primary purpose of the program is to pave the way for massive distribution of vaccines by insulating vaccine manufacturers from liability for serious vaccine injuries – injuries that everyone agrees will inevitably happen.
The WHO program is likely modeled after the U.S. PREP Act Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP), which uses an opaque process that severely limits the access vaccine injury victims have to compensation for serious injuries. [13]
In announcing its vaccine injury compensation program, the WHO also announced its partnership with Chubb, an US insurance company.
Chubb promotes itself as the world’s largest publicly traded Property & Casualty Insurance Company, located in over 54 countries worldwide. Yet another “public-private” partnership, with the clear implication that other insurance companies will also be involved.
Tied with the Chubb announcement, its subsidiary ESIS, Inc. signed an agreement to administer the compensation program. ESIS provides claim and risk management services to a wide variety of commercial clients.
So will ESIS have the medical expertise to interpret a flood of COVID-related injury claims? Is there a known COVID injury profile? We probably will not know the answer to that question for some time, maybe longer, if the promised transparency of the program is opaque.
In the US, the CICP already is receiving many petitions for alleged injuries related to COVID vaccines and also from other “countermeasures,” including medical devices and drugs.
Among other glaring deficiencies of the CICP system is that the petitioner may not call on medical experts to testify to their injury and the mechanism of harm.
Since the CICP does not reimburse attorneys and medical experts, very few will have the resources to assemble convincing proof of causation.
Without experts to help guide petitioners through the administrative process, to evaluate their injury, and to help provide a course of medical treatment for future needs, most petitioners will be lost and completely unable to recover any compensation.
Who will be able to treat COVID-19 Vaccine Injuries?
COVID vaccines, which many regard to be more aptly described as gene therapies, are completely novel, thus the injuries related to them will likely be unique, hard to prove, and sadly, also hard to treat.
How will ESIS handle these COVAX petitions? The proposed structure appears to be solely administrative, with no appeal to a judicial system of any sort. Thus, it is extremely like the CICP in the United States, which many consider to be unconstitutional. [16]
Who will have access to the decisions granting or denying compensation?
We must ask questions about the other nations contributing funds and other resources to the COVAX facility. Most do not have compensation programs for injuries from COVID-19 vaccines.
For those countries that have already begun vaccination programs, how are they handling injury claims?
Canada announced a program nationwide in early December 2020 for COVID-19 vaccine injuries but did not release details. And a few personal injury attorneys have said they are unaware of any details. Did Canada make an announcement just to calm legitimate fears without a program in place?
The nations of Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Nepal have COVID vaccine injury compensation programs. Several others have announced they will review how their existing medical systems can deliver proper care.
Is that another way of saying that if you get injured, we will take care of your medical needs, and that is it? No compensation for any injury?
Sounds more and more like people are being induced and coerced into playing COVID-19 vaccine roulette.
The overall concerning issue is the establishment and implementation of a global compensation program.
Last fall, I wrote about how The PREP Act took the first step of federalizing vaccination policy by allowing pharmacists to administer the childhood vaccination schedule. [17]
Now we have a partial-global compensation program for 92 countries to be run by the WHO, UN, GAVI, and UNICEF collaboration.
Will countries with existing compensation programs eventually merge with this new compensation program? Will Pharma along with WHO/GAVI/UN/UNICEF apply coercive pressure to nations to join up or wait at the end of the line for vaccines? Will we see in a few years a complete indemnified pharmaceutical industry and countries and their citizens unable to sue for damages?
Truly, a global compensation program with a global liability-free pharmaceutical industry seems to be the goal.
